IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNET ORDERS

Please note that we are just a tiny shop and whilst we do carry a great deal of stock in our boutique, many of the items advertised for sale on our website have to be ordered from our suppliers, the majority of whom are outside the UK.

Owing to the ongoing Covid-19 outbreak our suppliers are unable to operate at full capacity, which is causing delays in producing and shipping items to us, and certain products may, unexpectedly, be out of stock. 

The situation is exacerbated by the effects of Brexit.  Most of our suppliers have had to modify their procedures and systems in order to comply with the altered customs and VAT rules, and, even when goods are despatched immediately, we are regularly experiencing delays in receipt due to ongoing disruption at the major shipping ports.  We are being warned that this may worsen from January 2022, as from this date the UK government will start to implement customs checks on goods entering the UK.

If you order an item and we are subsequently made aware that it is out of stock with our suppliers then we will, of course, provide you with a full refund.  Similarly, if we are notified that there will be a delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you as soon as we are able and give you the option of a refund if you are unable to wait for delivery.
