IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT INTERNET ORDERS

Please note that whilst we do carry a great deal of stock in our boutique, many of the items advertised for sale on our website have to be ordered from our suppliers, many of whom are outside the UK.

Owing to the current Covid-19 outbreak some of our suppliers are unable to operate at full capacity, which is causing delays in producing and shipping items to us, and some of their products may, unexpectedly, be out of stock. 

The situation is exacerbated by the effects of Brexit, as most of our suppliers are having to modify their procedures and systems in order to comply with the altered customs and VAT rules, and it is anticipated that there will still be some disruption at the major shipping ports.

If we are made aware that a product is out of stock we will, of course, provide you with a full refund.  If we are notified that there will be a delay in fulfilling your order we will notify you as soon as we are able and give you the option of a refund if you are unable to wait for delivery. 

If you require certainty as to whether an item is immediately available we would advise you to email us at info@embraceboutique.co.uk and we will be happy to advise you.

We apologise for any inconvenience that may be caused but we hope that you understand our position and we ask you to be patient with us!
