Description: Smooth Full Brief by Elomi is a fuller coverage brief shape, cut from a fabric which is a blend of Tencel™ Modal and elastane and is breathable and comfortable to wear.

A special flat sewing technique with extra soft thread is used on seams and to attach the elastic, to minimise show-through under clothing.
